PAVILION ANNOUNCEMENT

The CVHS PTSA has earned over $6900 from the Vons/Safeway merchant rebate program.

The CVHS PTSA would like to thank Vons/ Safeway for their participation in the eScrip program. During 2008 the CVHS PTSA earned over $6,900 in contributions from this program!

The Vons/Safeway eScrip program is a fantastic program where schools can earn money from purchases families are already making at their local Vons/Safeway. Many of our Capo
families have registered their Safeway Club Card numbers and now every time they shop a percentage of what they spend is coming back to Capo.

The money that is generated from this program has gone to
many different PTSA programs including safety supplies for our classrooms, the par fitness course for our students and the new student newspaper in addition to student and parent education programs.

The CVHS PTSA would like to thank Vons/Safeway for continuing to fund this program even as the economy has slumped. We VERY much appreciate their commitment to education even when (especially when) economic times are hard. We appreciate their support and look forward to continuing our partnership with them to fund youth education!

Finally we would like to thank all for our families for taking the time to sign up for the program!
